When you rent Frog Creek Lodge for the day or for a week you have exclusive use of the lodge and grounds during your stay. The rates below include the use of all Frog Creek Lodge amenities, with the exclusion of the yurt, for the time noted for each use category.

(NOTE: Weekdays = Monday – Thursday / Weekends = Friday – Sunday)

Vacation/Overnight Use – A standard “overnight stay” is up to twenty four (24) hours arriving at Frog Creek Lodge on day one between 8:00AM and Noon and departing on day two/final day between 8:00AM and Noon (arrival and departure times may vary, facility not available past 10:00PM on day two/final day). There is a minimal rental of two nights if your stay includes a Friday or Saturday. Additional hours are available for a flat fee of $60.00 per hour on day two/final day. In addition to the use fees, there is a $250.00 ($100 of which is refundable) cleaning and damage deposit due prior to your stay. The lodge has 7 bedrooms that can sleep 16 to 25 people with various sleeping arrangements (3rd floor master suite has one queen bed and two queen futons; main floor has two bedrooms with one queen bed in each; downstairs has one bedroom with one queen bed, one bedroom with two twin beds, and two bedrooms that each have one twin bed and a bunk bed with a twin bed on top and a double futon on the bottom bunk). If additional sleeping accommodations are needed, we also have a sofa foldout bed, a daybed, airbeds, couches, and areas for sleeping bags.

Retreat & Meeting Day Use – Up to nine (9) hours from 8:00AM through 6:00PM (starting times may vary, facility not available past 10:00PM) and includes set-up and clean-up time. Additional hours are available for a flat fee of $60.00 per hour. In addition to the use fees, there is a $100.00 cleaning and damage deposit due prior to your event, $50.00 of which is refundable. Day use not available on weekends.

Wedding/Commitment Ceremony/Celebration Day Use – Up to twelve (12) hours from 10:00AM through 10:00PM (starting times may vary, facility not available past 10:00PM on weekdays) and includes set-up and clean-up time. Additional hours are available for a flat fee of $60.00 per hour. In addition to the use fees, there is a $425.00 ($300.00 of which is refundable) cleaning and damage deposit due prior to your event. Weekdays only.

Wedding/Commitment Ceremony/Celebration Overnight Package Rates - Frog Creek Lodge is the ideal location for your rehearsal dinner, ceremony and reception and are able to sleep up to 25 people. In addition to the use of our 10 acre property our wedding packages include lodging for 10 in our lovely cabin style home that can accommodate up to 25 overnight guests*. For an additional fee we have local caterers who can work with you to create the perfect menu for your event or you can prepare your own meals in our large well-outfitted kitchen. Relax under the stars in our jacuzzi, walk the trails, enjoy one of the many garden areas or book a massage with a local therapist. The large barbeque on our deck is an ideal place to prepare a casual rehearsal dinner. Your guests and wedding party will enjoy staying at the lodge and being there to help prepare for your wedding day. After the reception, the large master suite is the perfect place to spend your wedding night.
